Huckleberry’s sleep plans are designed by experts to give you a roadmap with weekly activities built for your child’s age, sleep patterns, and your parenting approach. You get structured guidance to work through your specific challenges, like night wakings, early mornings, or bedtime battles.
Each sleep plan starts with a detailed questionnaire about your child’s current sleep situation and goals. The strategies and logic behind every plan are created by our sleep consultants, and our system applies that expertise to build guidance specific to your family’s situation.
Your plan includes a sleep analysis, age-appropriate schedules (or gentle guidelines for newborns), and targeted strategies for your sleep priorities. When multiple factors are at play, we address them in the most effective order. The program is structured into weekly activities designed to help you make progress, with built-in FAQs and progress tracking along the way.
Premium members can request updated plans every 30 days after receipt of a sleep plan so as children grow and needs shift, you have relevant support through regressions, nap transitions, and new developmental stages. Sleep plans are designed for children from birth through age 5, with guidance that evolves with them.
