For app version v240 and above, you'll be able to adjust your topic preferences to turn off topics that aren't useful to you in general or at that time.
In Insights, tap the 3 dots in the top-right of the screen.
A menu will open up with:
- Topic preferences
- Parent preferences
- Monthly check-in (children over 6 months)
Tap the one that says "Topic preferences" and you'll be able to make updates.
