What if my child's nap was shorter than the naps in Schedule Creator?
For younger babies (<6 months), plan sleep according to wake windows.
For children over 6 months, consider offering an earlier bedtime if there's a missed or short nap (but no earlier than 6pm).
What if my child's nap was longer than the naps in Schedule Creator?
The child might not be able to fall asleep at their normal nap/bedtime if naps are longer than normal. You can consider capping the nap (waking them up) or pushing the next sleep a bit later if needed.
