Apple has a bug that logs things twice when using Siri with Apple Watch.
The issue is only when using Siri voice on the Apple Watch to run watch shortcuts. Siri on iPhone is not impacted, and running Shortcuts on Watch is not impacted. The issue is with the Apple Watch OS, and we’ve notified Apple of the bug.
