We’ve got you covered. Say your little one sometimes takes 3 naps, and sometimes 2 (for example). SweetSpotⓇ will show you the optimal next sleep time for both nap schedules.
If you have not already done so, please indicate the number of naps your child is taking by going to the Child Profile screen (tap the icon that looks like a child’s face on the bottom navigation bar). Tap SweetSpot Settings and set it for 2-3 naps. Sweetspot will show you both recommendations for a 2 nap day and a 3 nap day on the home screen, each in a different tab.
