While we always strive to be of service to families throughout the parenting journey, if you would like to cancel your membership subscription, you can do so via the app.
To cancel your subscription, do the following in the app:
- Navigate to the Settings screen (tap the gear icon on the top right corner of home page)
- Scroll down and tap on 'Huckleberry Memberships'
- You will see what your current subscription is and when your subscription expires
- To cancel your subscription, click the 'Cancel subscription' link
NOTE: When you cancel your subscription, it will not auto-renew on your renewal date. You will still have membership and access to all the features of your subscription through that date and your subscription will still show as active until it expires on your renewal date.

Important: To avoid being charged for your next billing period, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Deleting or uninstalling the Huckleberry app will not cancel your subscription.
