Sleep analysis personalized by what you share
Sleep plans begin with your input about your situation, so your plan will be just right for your needs. Our analysis is informed by the experience of our sleep consultants and our proprietary algorithms.
Tailored sleep schedule(s) and/or guidelines
Our guidance on scheduling takes your child's sleep needs and your family's time constraints into account. Your child’s age also factors into determining the most appropriate type of guidance.
- Newborns receive guidance for scheduling
- Babies 3–5 month receive sample schedules
- Babies 6 month and older receive recommended schedules
All age groups also receive an "Explanation of schedule" section which goes into more detail about the guidance and recommendations.
Detailed guidance to tackle sleep issues
All content for sleep plans is written by our sleep consultants to meet the needs of your situation and parenting approach. Our algorithms identify patterns in data, and additional sleep-consultant expertise may be needed, depending on the case.
When there are multiple sleep issues, or multiple factors that result in one sleep issue, we make sure to take each into account and address things in the optimal order.
We understand that sleep is not simple and your values and preferences matter. We won’t give you simple advice to “just cry it out” or “lay your child down drowsy but awake.”
