While we always strive to be of service to families throughout the parenting journey, if you would like to delete or close your account, please do the following in the app:
- In the app, navigate to the Settings screen (tap the gear icon on the top right corner of home page)
- Tap on your name/email address
- You will see a link for ‘Delete your account’
- Once you tap the link to delete, you will be prompted to enter in your full name to avoid accidental deletions.
- Your account including your child's data will be deleted from our system.
Account deletion is permanent and we cannot restore your data once you complete the steps above. We highly recommend that you export your data for your child(ren) before you delete your account. Export instructions can be found here.
NOTE: If you have an active subscription, we will prompt you to cancel your subscription prior to deleting your account.
