If you are having trouble signing into your account, here are some things you can try:

- If your password isn't working, try resetting your password. If you tried the reset password link and never received an email, it is possible that you created an account with a different email address, see below.
- If you may have used a different email address, try your other email addresses. You can try to reset password again with your other email addresses.
- If you share an account with your partner, try logging in with your partner's email address instead.
- If you have a Facebook account, you may have used Facebook to create your account. Try logging in through Facebook
- If you are on an iPhone, you may have used an Apple ID to create your account. Try logging in through Apple.
- If you are stuck on the login screen, try to close and restart the app.
