To edit a sleep session that you have already saved, go to the Sleep Sessions screen (the one that shows you the sleep patterns). Tap on the bar you wish to edit. Tap “>” to reveal Edit and Delete options.
To edit, tap on the “Start” or “End” times and use the time picker to adjust the times. You can also change the sleep details by tapping on “Details.”
To edit a sleep session that is still running on the timer, you can modify the Start time by tapping on “Start / Set time.” To edit the End time, stop the timer and tap on “End / Set time.”
